The Hotel's Restaurant is to be found on the ground floor, has glass floors and is located inside an ancient grotto (home of the first peoples who settled in south-eastern Sicily more than 3000 years ago); here you can enjoy traditional local cooking combined with high Italian cuisine based on excellent quality ingredients, carefully selected by chef.

Discovered during construction, the ancient spaces have been left intact, by using glass and led lighting to show off the evidences found in the cave (the excavations in the walls where they used to hold the furnishings or tie up animals, an ancient cistern deep 5 m and in diameter 6 m), an evocative environment and a place to come together, where sight, touch and taste are mixed to create an experience that involves all the senses.
